Dicronite® DL-5

Dicronite® DL-5 by Dicronite Dry Lube is a non-magnetic, corrosion resistant lubricant. It is a modified tungsten disulfide powder (tungsten disulphide). It is suitable for lamellar form used in the plastic injection industry. Offers reduced cooling time which leads to shorter cycle times.

• When applied to customer parts, it creates an exceptionally thin, remarkably slick film that molecularly adheres to the substrate surface.
• It reduces the rejections in areas where there are lots of deformed parts during demolding.
• It makes the demolding of screw tops of the beverage industry simple.
• It lubricates from -350°F to 1000°F in normal atmosphere.
• Dicronite® DL-5 is used for many substrates such as metal, fiberglass, porcelain, most plastics and man-made solids.
• It is compatible with oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, and fuels.
