Fatty acid ester. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a bio-based polymer modifier that is present as clear liquid. Especially designed to reduce use of hazardous and/ or oil derived-raw materials. Offers excellent performances in terms of lowering polymer Tg (glass-transition temperature), to, practically, all types of synthetic rubber and low-medium polarity polymers. Compatible with NBR with 20% ACN (acrylonitrile) rubber, PVC (polyvinyl chloride), CR (chlorinated rubber), HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber), SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber, NR (natural rubber), EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber), TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) and TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizates). Complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals).
