Fatty acid ester. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a bio-based polymer modifier that is present as clear liquid. Especially designed to reduce use of hazardous and/ or oil derived-raw materials. Offers outstanding performances in terms of low temperature properties and volatility to, practically, all types of synthetic rubber and medium high polarity polymers. Suitable for plasticizing ACN (acrylonitrile) and it is a valid substitute of DOA in different polymer formulations. Compatible with NBR with 50%, 30% & 20% ACN rubber. Shows excellent compatibility with elastomers including PVC (polyvinyl chloride), CR (chlorinated rubber) and SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber). Complies with REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals).
