Heat Stabilizer DSHSTAB 6602A by Doston (Beijing) Technology is an odorless, synergistic mixture of sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants and phosphonates. It exhibits efficient process stabilization against yellowing and degradation when processing temperature is up to 300°C. It shows low volatility during processing, excellent compatibility and low extractability as well as resistance against water, alcohol, fatty, oil, glycol & organic solvent. It is recommended for glass-fiber reinforced or mineral filled polyamides. It offers good dispersion and gives clear transparent films & fibers. It is designed for use in polyamides (PA6, PA6.6, PA11, PA12, PA-copolymers), polyesters (PET, PBT), polycarbonates (PC) & their blends, styrenics (PS, ABS, SAN) and polypropylenes (PP). The dosage level of the grade is 0.2-0.8%. The shelf life of Heat Stabilizer DSHSTAB 6602A is 12 months.
