Doverlube CA-21

Doverlube CA-21 by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) acts as an effective internal lubricant, mold release agent and secondary HCl scavenger in many polyolefin-processing applications. It is a slightly over-based, high-quality calcium carboxylate of steric (C18) and palmitic (C16) acids produced by a highly intensive fusion process. Doverlube CA-21 complies with ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for health effect requirements and PPI TR-3 part O for use in pressure pipe applications at a maximum use level of 1.5 phr. It meets with FDA CFR Section 178.2010.
