PARALOID™ EXL-2655 Impact Modifier

PARALOID™ EXL-2655 by Dow is MBS core-shell impact modifier. It is designed to improve fatigue and impact resistance for thermosetting plastics, such as epoxy molding compounds. Possess excellent dispersibility, small particle size and sharp distribution. Has low swelling, excellent purity and lower impurity level than other MBS resins. Offers excellent flow, less blocking and less dusty. It is easy to handle. PARALOID™ EXL-2655 is suitable for semiconductor encapsulant.
