Dabco® NE1090

Dabco® NE1090 by Evonik acts as a novel non-fugitive gelling catalyst. It has the ability to react chemically into the polyurethane foam matrix, thereby it do not contribute to emissions. Exhibits no amine catalyst emissions, no vinyl staining and no windshield fogging. Offers improved foam physical properties specifications after humid aging in both TDI & MDI formulations. Recommended in all types of TDI molded foams where physical properties after humid aging must be maintained whilst emissions need to be reduced. Dabco® NE1090 is also a candidate for consideration in MDI molded foam when Daimler physical properties and low amine emission in the VDA 278 FOG specification are required. In TDI systems, its recommended usage level is 0.4-0.6 php. In MDI, its recommended usage level is 0.5-1.2 php.
