Dicyanex® 200-X

Dicyanex® 200-X by Evonik is a curing agent for epoxy resins in solvent-based processes. It is a pulverized grade of dicyandiamide. It offers enhanced solubility in polar solvents, such as acetone and DMF, due to reduced particle size. It possesses no flow control additives to inhibit solubility. The activation temperature can be easily varied from 356-203°F with appropriate accelerator selection. Dicyanex® 200-X is used in electrical laminates, recreational and industrial pre-preg. Recommended shelf life is 12 months. It has a usage level of 4-15 phr.
