KOSMOS® 54 is a VOC-free zinc catalyst by Evonik. It reacts into the polyurethane matrix and is used for cold flow prevention. In combination with KOSMOS® 29 and ORTEGOL® 204, it is used for DBTL free HR-slabstock foams. KOSMOS® 54 can help maintain a uniform-density distribution of the final foam.
