TEGO® Antifoam 2-57

TEGO® Antifoam 2-57 by Evonik is an anti-foaming agent. It is an organo-modified siloxane emulsion. It shows no negative effects in downstream applications (no surface defects, fish eyes). It offers excellent compatibility as pre-defoamer in various polymer dispersion applications (including PSA), rubber hoses and gaskets. It is easily dispersible in water. Recommended dosage ranges from 0.05% to 0.5% (initial dosage: 0.1%). TEGO® Antifoam 2-57 complies with FDA regulations. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, ENCS, AICS, ECL, PICCS, IECSC, NZIOC and NECSI.
