TEGOSTAB® B 8239

TEGOSTAB® B 8239 by Evonik is silicone-based flame-retarded, surfactant and emulsifier. It exhibits fine & regular cell structure and excellent flammability test performance combined with high processing latitude. It possesses high stabilizing potency, low to high density and high nucleation of gas bubbles. It offers CO2 processing, emulsification of the raw materials (polyol/TDI/MDI/water), delayed & controlled cell opening and reduced defects caused by shear forces. It provides porosity, load-bearing properties and elasticity. TEGOSTAB® B 8239 is recommended for low VOC FR foams grades.
