TEGOSTAB® B 8871 by Evonik is a modified silicone stabilizer. It is used for the production of polyurethane rigid foams which should have an open celled structure and are predominantly blown by use of water. It can be used in combination with more powerful cell openers, like TEGOSTAB® B 8934. It is suitable for packaging and automotive industry. TEGOSTAB® B 8871 has a shelf life of 12 months.
