HALLGREEN® R-4010 by Hallstar is a processing aid and plasticizer.

It is plant-derived and biodegradable renewable ester and is compatible to PLA, PVC and starch.
It is used in a variety of products, such as, upholstery, and wall coverings, anywhere a manufacturer wants to eliminate or reduce the use of hazardous raw materials.
It reduces the melt viscosity, melt/mixing temperature, energy consumption and torque, increases the melt flow and the ease of processing.
Improves the low temperature flexibility, impact resistance and extruder processing-flow rates.
It helps sheet integrity for blown film applications.
HALLGREEN® R-4010 is used in food closures, food trays and PVC film.
