Hallstar® Dioplex® 100

Hallstar® Dioplex® 100 by Hallstar is a polyester sebacate. It is a high molecular weight polymeric plasticizer offering permanence at a very high level. Provides good heat resistance and 80% reduction in VOCs compared with texanol. It is compatible with nitrile and polyvinyl chloride. Used in high temperature applications. Hallstar® Dioplex® 100 applications include cap liners and seals, O-rings and wire & cables. Meets and exceeds international regulations for no VOCs. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
