HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 171 by Hallstar acts as polymeric plasticizer. It is a mixed dibasic acid polyester. It is highly efficient as well as very easy processing.

It possesses low viscosity and nominal molecular weight 1200.
It has compatibility with nitrile, nitrocellulose, polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl chloride.
It is economical to use, easy to handle and provides a good level of resistance both to migration and to extraction by oils and hydrocarbons.
It offers resistance to heat aging and thus ensures a very good retention of physical properties in high temperature PVC compounds.
HALLSTAR® DIOPLEX® 171 is used in PVC formulations and suggested to be used in automotive interiors, baby wear, belts, footwear, general-purpose film, low viscosity plastisols, PVC film, wires and cables.
