Plasthall® 190

Plasthall® 190 by Hallstar is a glycol ether ester. It is a non-phthalate plasticizer. It has higher efficiency at viscosity reduction and provides significant reduction in Tg. It reduces skin time compared with standard phthalates with unchanged aging performance in sealants. Plasthall® 190 also provides very stable aging/weathering results for physical testing including elongation, tensile strength and hardness. It is a phthalate alternative. It is compatible with polyurethane, polyacrylate, SMP, epoxy-polyol, STP, nitrocellulose and urethane-acrylate. Plasthall® 190 applications include automotive sealant, coated fabrics, transportation sealants and window sealant. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, ENCS, IECSC, KECL and AICS.
