SUPRMIX® PLASTHALL® DOP by Hallstar is dioctyl phthalate dispersed on an amorphous silica carrier which is a monomeric plasticizer. Provides a free flowing, easy to handle powder that incorporates quickly into rubber compounds. Eliminates need for heating viscous liquid, higher yield on usage and improves batch incorporation time. Reduces waste and clean up time. Compatible with cellulose nitrate, chlorinated rubber, ethyl cellulose, methyl methacrylate, nitrile, nitrocellulose, polyvinyl butyrate and polyvinyl chloride. SUPRMIX® PLASTHALL® DOP is used in blood bags, general-purpose film, roll compounds and packaging.
