JLS- PNA by Hangzhou JLS Flame Retardants Chemical is ammonium polyphosphate-based, modified by melamine and free of halogens, antimony or any other heavy metals. It acts as a flame retardant. It offers good thermal stability and boiling water resistance. Specially developed for engineering plastics and is also suitable for use in epoxy resin, phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester, and rubbers. UL94 V0 can be reached at dose levels of 40-50 phr for epoxy resin, 5-8% for phenolic resin, and 18-25 % for unsaturated polyester. It complies with REACH and RoHS.
