Good solubilizer, emulsifier and dispersing agent. Participates in polymerization, and the later solution has trace of free surfactants. The latex has low foaming and quickly defoaming properties. The resin has good adhesiveness and anticlimate. The latex, after flocculation, has left trace of surfactant in aqueous solution. This can reduce wastewater treatment cost tremendously.
