Vertex® 60

Vertex® 60 by Huber Engineered Materials is a magnesium hydroxide (=99 % (untreated base)) grade. Acts as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant. Present as an odorless white powder. Suitable for thermoplastic and elastomeric compounds. It is an untreated product that may be used to make fire-rated thermoplastic compounds in the polymer systems such as PVC and polyolefins. Vertex® 60 by Huber Engineered Materials complies with Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory, Canada Domestic Substance List, Canada Non-Domestic Substance List and National Inventory of Chemical Substances (INSQ).
