Camel-Wite® ST

Camel-Wite® ST by Imerys is a premium, fine particle size, beneficiated wet ground marble. It is untreated grounded calcium carbonate. It improves mechanical, rheological & optical properties. It has excellent whiteness that is surface modified to facilitate dispersion. It can provide improved impact strength, stiffness, and productivity gains in plastic applications. The coating also makes these fine products less susceptible to moisture pick-up during use and storage. Camel-Wite® ST is used in thermoset/unsaturated polyesters, PVC sewer/potable water pipes, fencing/decking, PE & PP injection molding. It is also used in injection-molded siding/shingles, PVC profile extrusions, thermoplastic elastomers, agricultural films, engineering resins, PVC footwear, flexible applications and calendared sheeting.
