Produced by processing natural finest microcrystalline calcium carbonate. Acts as a filler. Is specially surface treated and renders its particle hydrophobic allowing larger compatibility with synthetic polymers. Also ease of dispersion, moisture repellency, lubrication, weather and aging resistance, low oil as well as DOP absorption. Used in PVC extrusion, plasticized, PVC injection molding, PVC coatings, calandered sheets and PVC profile.
