EBROSIL® PD/GR

Amorphous precipitated silica (SiO2). Acts as a high reinforcement filler. Exhibits easy dispersion for the product Ebrosil® PD and low dust evolution for the product Ebrosil® GR. Possess medium processability with good mechanical properties. General purpose white filler, which can compete with carbon black in property improvement. Compatible with elastomers like nitrile butadiene rubber, natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and chloroprene rubber. Depending on the silica-polymer interaction, it can be used in other polymers with different effects like anti-blocking, matting and barrier effect. Recommended for coloring rubber blends such as soles of shoes, rubber floors, hoses, etc.
