EL400 by IruChem is blend of fatty acid ester. It is a processing additive for rubber polymer. It is used as a dispersing agent. It acts as an excellent external lubricant to polar rubbers. EL400 shows good plasticizing properties which leads to reduction of injection pressure in the mold filling process and prevents scorch. The usage level of this grade is in the range of 0.5-2.0%. It can be stored for 2 years.
