PE Calcium Carbonate -Film Blowing & Bottle Blowing Grade 01

PE carrier resin based calcium carbonate filler and impact modifier masterbatch. It is environment friendly and offers printability as well as an extremely good dispersion with any polymer. It maintains the transparency of polymer and keeps optical properties almost intact. PE Calcium Carbonate 01 decreases extruder torque & increases machine throughput between 5 to 10% which leads to reduced processing costs. It imparts certain degree of roughness to an extruded/blown film & thereby improves the anti-slip & anti-blocking property of film surface. It improves hardness, stiffness, sealability & impact strength in an extruded film. Used in opaqe HDPE film & mulch film. Recommended to be used at adding ratio of 10-30%. It is also available in LDPE/LLDPE grade.
