POLY WHITE ANTIFIBRILLATION -PA 03

PE carrier resin based fine particle size calcium carbonate. Acts as an anti-fibrillation agent masterbatch. It provides stiffness and delustering effect to the fabric. It prevents slippage of fabric on stitching machine which results in tight stitching. Used in the production of monoaxial PP and HDPE tapes. Can also be used in woven sacks, tarpaulins etc. The let-down ratio is 5-10% but PP requires more quantity as compared to HDPE to stop fibrillation. It is not recommended to add more than 5% as it leads to wear & tear of extruder.
