Javachem® UHMW

Javachem® UHMW by Javachem is an ultra-high molecular weight linear polysiloxane. It exhibits the properties such as slip, low surface energy, hydrophobic, temperature resistance, good insulation and lubrication. It improves processing fluidity, production efficiency, surface gloss, smoothness, mold-filling ability and demolding properties. It also reduces torque and die-drool. Javachem® UHMW is suitable for extrusion and injection molding. It can be used with all known additives and used together with fillers to promote the dispersion of fillers. The recommended dosage level is 0.2-5.0% for PE, PP, EVA, PA, PS, ABS, TPE and PET. It can be used as food contact additive in compliance with 181.28 of FDA. Its shelf life is of 2 years.
