Mixture of synthetic resins and resin-plasticizers on special carrier. Especially for rubber compounds containing natural rubber, e. g. tyre compounds. Shows a lot of decisive improvements which have been realized in co-operation with our customers. Works as a combination of homogenizing, dispersing and masticating agent with positive influence on rubber compound flow. Leads to a faster decrease of the Mooney viscosity in the mixing stage and enables our customers to shorten their mixing times. Lower Mooney viscosity in combination with the internal lubricating (effect of the new substances) results in better rubber compound flow. The processing and extrudability will get easier, moulds can be filled regularly without flowing faults. Shows an excellent compatibility and can be applied in nearly all polymers which are used in rubber industry. The product does not have to melt and can be incorporated into the rubber compound on open mills and in internal mixers independently on the process temperature.
