K-KAT® XK-635 by King Industries acts as a non-yellowing non-tin catalyst. Designed for solvent-based or solvent-free 2-component polyurethanes and 1-component blocked isocyanate systems. Offers good pot life in 2K PU systems, good cure time characteristics and excellent gloss retention. Recommended at a dosage rate of 0.1-0.5 % for 2-component polyurethane systems and 0.5-1.0% for blocked isocyanate systems. K-KAT® XK-635 has a shelf life of 24 months.
