Vulkacit® CZ/EG-C by Lanxess is n-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide-based vulcanization accelerator. It is a fast but very safe accelerator providing a steep slope on the rheometer curve. It also acts as anti-corrosion agent in boilers. It is suitable in manufacturing of textile auxiliaries, tires, tread, auto tubes, carcass, conveyor- and V-belts. It also finds application in technical moldings and extruded products, e.g. seals, hoses, profiles, cable sheeting and insulation. It has a shelf life of 1 years.
