LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9537 by Lehmann Voss is carbonate-based compound. Acts as an endothermal blowing agent and nucleating agent. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch. Releases non-toxic gases (carbon dioxide & water vapor) by means of thermally activated decomposition reaction that occurs during processing of thermoplastics. Exhibits controlled reaction, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties and improved impact-absorption. Stops gas formation any time when energy supply is interrupted. Offers density reduction (weight reduction). Enables production of foamed plastics for various applications including decorative effects and lighter plastics. Applications of LUVOBATCH® PE BA 9537 include plates, pipes, profiles, film extrusion, blow-molds and cable sheaths. Recommended dosage is 0.2-3.0% (plate, pipe, profile, and film extrusion), 0.2-3.0% (blow molds and cable sheathing) and 0.2-1.0% (physical foaming). Approved for food packaging.
