Dioctyl adipate. It acts as an aliphatic plasticizer and shows low temperature resistance as well as good compataility. It appears as a colorless to pale yellow, oily liquid and is applicable in packaging (food wrap), PVC calendering, synthetic leather, sheet, hose, gasket etc. It is used to keep softness of product under cold water.
