It acts as an antistatic agent. It works even at low relative humidity and provides a stable permanent antistatic finishing. It exhibits strong adhesion and reduces surface resistance. It shows high stability against physical effects such as friction. It produces temperature resistant coatings and improves slip properties. Used in expandable polystyrene & polypropylene plates for taking electronic items, EPS/EPP trays and EPS-packing chips. Also used in foamed parts for the packing of electronic modules & electronic devices. It complies with EC-directives regulation. The recommended dosage is in range 1-4(weight)% referred to throughput quantity of EPS/EPP (depending on the intended application).
