Niax™ Silicone L-5111

Niax™ Silicone L-5111 by Momentive Performance Materials is a silicone copolymer. It can be considered for use in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane foam, especially for pentane-blown PIR foam obtained by a continuous lamination process.

• Improves nucleation resulting in regular and very fine cell texture.
• Offers improved initial and aged insulation value.
• Helps with the reduction of elongated cells and pin-holes.
• Niax™ Silicone L-5111 can be considered for use in a free-rise lamination process.
