SA-A

SA-A by Nihon Seiko is a high heat-resistance flame retardant. It is produced as non-water and fine type under our tight quality control. It has refractive index close to those of plastics, keeping original transparency and clear coloring of the plastics better than antimony trioxide.

• It has no melting point and is stable until decomposition at 1400°C, making it suitable for engineering plastics which require high temperature process.
• It provides flame retardance to plastics, without deterioration of features such as heat- and hydrolysis resistance.
• It is fine-grained for cutting coarse particle and exhibits good dispersibility, so it does not ruin plastic strength.
• SA-A is used in polyamide and polyester to improve the higher performance.
