ASPECT® 3000 by Imerys is ultrafine wollastonite. It is a naturally occurring, non-hazardous and premium quality mineral. Acts as FR synergist in polymer composites.
  • Offers a high aspect ratio, reduced CLTE, improved rheology, and good compressive strength.
  • Provides good reinforcing properties, thermal stability and dimensional stability.
  • It is recommended for thermoplastics and thermosets.
  • ASPECT® 3000 can be surface treated to further improve mechanical performance and coupling to the polymer matrix.
  • Surface treated grades can improve weld line and tensile strength.
