TUBALL™ MATRIX 205

TUBALL™ MATRIX 205 by OCSiAl is a concentrate based on a single-wall carbon nanotube for solvent-based phenolic systems. It is a blend of fatty carboxylic acid ester derivative and ammonium salt of polyolefin-based derivatives as carrier.

• It offers superior electrical conductivity at ultralow dosage with minimal impact on rheological and mechanical properties of the host matrix.
• It allows the production of conductive parts that retain bright colors.
• It finds applications in honeycomb anti-static composites.
• TUBALL™ MATRIX 205 has a dosage level of 0.1–3.0 wt%. Recommended shelf life is of 12 months.
