Omyaloop MIX

Omyaloop MIX by Omya is a new generation calcium carbonate. It is developed for boosting the performance of recycled polyolefin blends. It improves impact strength, enhances tensile stress, e-modulus & axial strain and keeps elongation at break at good levels in machine and cross directions. Exhibits low carbon footprint, good recycling process consistency and high flexibility on the feedstock variations. It creates a network allowing force dispersion. It helps in increasing throughput in recycling and further processing. Designed to mechanically bridge the incompatibilities in between PE and PP. It removes buildup of low molecular weight polymers. Used in rigid and flexible applications such as packaging, houseware and industrial. Also used in the recycling of multi-layer films containing barrier materials. Omyaloop MIX is food contact approved according to EU 10/2011 regulation.
