High-performance, multi-resin-compatible reinforcement used for corrosion-resistant hoods and scrubber units, chemical storage tanks, large diameter pipes, boat hulls and decks, housings and shrouds. Specially designed to achieve optimum results in polyester, vinylester, bisphenol A and isopolyester resin systems. Fine strand reinforcement made from cut fibers laid in a random pattern and bonded with a powdered, highly soluble resin binder. Designed for hand lay-up contact molding and other low pressure processes; Provides excellent fiber distribution and mat weight uniformity, outstanding dry handling and tensile properties.
