ULTRA-PLAST™ TP02

ULTRA-PLAST™ TP02 by Performance additives is a stearate ester. It is a processing aid for plastics, which is used to improve the general compound processing without significantly affecting the final physical properties. Acts as an effective blending and dispersing agent for powdered materials and helps to shorten mixing time by faster filler incorporation. It prevents sticking of compounds to rotors and mill rolls. Due to its plasticising effect it leads to faster mould fill with lower pressures during transfer and injection moulding. Mold release is also improved. Recommended dosage for ULTRA-PLAST™ TP02 is 1% to 3%. Can be stored for at least 2 years under normal conditions.
