Endura® NY-100

Flame retardant masterbatch. Is a halogenated flame retardant concentrate. Can be letdown with both nylon 6 and nylon 6,6 to produce a flame retardant compound suitable for monofilament applications. Designed for use in applications that meet the flammability requirements. Can also be letdown with natural resins at low levels to produce a flame retardant compound with properties approaching those of the natural resins. Provides an excellent dispersion. Can be pigmented easily to produce other colors, including black. Has a significant advantage in preventing pluggin of spinnerettes, as well as fiber breakage during spinning or drawing.
