XIBOND™ 830 by aurorium is an ethylene-octene copolymer grafted with styrene and glycidyl methacrylate random copolymer. Acts as a compatibilizer, coupling agent, adhesion promoter and impact modifier. Compatibilizers optimize the interfacial tension and morphology against high stresses. As a coupling agent, it provides low viscosity, improved creep and tensile properties. It is designed to improve the blend morphology of specific polymer blends. XIBOND™ 830 can be processed using extrusion in all types of regular polymer processing equipment. It is compatible with elastomeric polyolefins and thermoplastic polyester resins. Recommended dosage level is 1-20 %.
