Sodium antimonate. Acts as a flame retardant. Recommended as an antimony synergist when any combination of low reactivity, very good physical properties, low opacity or low tint strength is required. Has a relatively low refraction index. Offers little opacity to the plastics and enables the compounds to produce self-extinguishing stocks which are semi-transparent.
