JADEWIN 2450-DW by Qingdao Jade New Material Technology is a triethylene glycol-bis-3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate. Acts as a high performance sterically hindered antioxidant. It is 40% JADEWIN 245 dispersed in water. Exhibits low volatility, good color stability and extraction resistant. It protects the polymer against thermo-oxidative degradation during the manufacturing processes and in end-use applications and offers fish eye reduction. Shows a synergistic effect when used in combination with thioester antioxidants. Compatible with styrenics, synthetic rubbers, POM homo & copolymer, polyurethamces, polyamides, polyesters, MBS and flexible PVC. Used as a chain stopper in PVC and ABS manufacturing process. Can be used with benzotraizoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization for outdoor use.
