JADEWIN TB7

JADEWIN TB7 by Qingdao Jade New Material Technology is a poly-tert-butylphenol disulfide/4-(1,1-dimethylethyl)phenol polymer with sulfur chloride. Acts as a vulcanizing agent and antioxidant. It has a phenolic structure and it provides high elastomer solubility by forming monosulfide bridges which are more stable and have very good resistance to heat and ageing when compared with typical polysulfide bridges. Increases vulcanizing temperature upto 185-190°C and vulcanizing efficiency by 30-40%. It could also increase the tensile strength and elongation. Offers high elastomer solubility and can be used with most typical rubber accelerators and sulphur. It can be used as either complete or partial replacements for sulphur and DTDM sulphur donors in EV and semi-EV type cure systems. When used as a partial replacement for sulphur, it tends to improve dispersion of other additives I the rubber. Especially good in curing rubber that contains chlorine such as chlorobutyl and polychloroprene. It does not produce nitrosamines like many of the other sulphur donors such as DTDM and the thiurams, so it is more environmental friendly and labor security. JADEWIN TB7 is used in tire industry. Listed in TSCA, DSL, ENCS (JP), KECI (KR), PICCS (PH), IECSC (CN).
