Resalloy 155 by Resirene is polypropylene-epoxy copolymer. Acts as an adhesion promoter, compatibilizer and coupling agent. Promotes the emulsification of dispersed phases to enhance mechanical properties. It bonds together immiscible polymers used in toughened, filled and blended compounds. Used for fiberglass and other mineral fillers. It is also suitable for compounding of polyolefins with PC, PET or nylon. Resalloy 155 recommended dosage is 5-10% based on the total weight of the blend and temperature is 235°C.
