Rhenofit® 3555

Rhenofit® 3555 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a vulcanization activator and promoter for reinforcing fillers. It disperses all compounding ingredients and activates light-colored reinforcing fillers. It improves the physical properties of the vulcanizates like increased shore hardness and is strongly accelerated. It promotes the blowing agent in cellular, micro-cellular, and sponge rubber compounds. It is suitable in products, where a very quick vulcanization is required like with injection molding as well as with LCM and UHF vulcanization, in fast-curing moldings, such as soles, sheets and floor coverings. Rhenofit® 3555 has a shelf life of 2 years.
