Rhenofit® DDA-70

Rhenofit® DDA-70 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an anti-oxidant for natural- and synthetic rubber. It protect against heat and oxygen in NR, IR, BR, SBR and CR. It is effective against dynamic crack formation caused by oxygen. It can be used in rubber articles which come in contact with foodstuffs. It is applicable in heat resistance goods, bicycle tires, inner tubes, sponge rubber, footwear (particularly expanded rubber soles). Recommended dosage level as antioxidant and for protection against rubber poisons is 1-2 phr, as anti-flex cracking agent is 1.5-3.5 phr and for goods which come into contact with foodstuff is 1.4% calculated on the finished goods. Rhenofit® DDA-70 has a shelf life of 1 year.
