Rhenofit® NAST-80

Rhenofit® NAST-80 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a cross-linking activator for acrylate rubber. It is used together with Rhenogran® Diuron-80/ACM as a cross-linking system for modern polyacrylate types of rubber. In combination with sulfur or sulfur donors, it is also suitable for curing vinyl chlor-acetate types of acrylate rubber. The special form in which it is supplied minimizes lumping and moisture absorption of the sodium stearate makes it easy to disperse in the mix. It is designed for oil-resistant seals based on ACM for use in vehicles and engineering. Recommended dosage level is 3-5 phr. Rhenofit® NAST-80 has a shelf life of 1 year.
