Rhenogran® P91-40/EPDM

Rhenogran® P91-40/EPDM by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a pre-dispersed aramid chopped fiber pulp in a polymeric binder for reinforcing natural-, synthetic- and thermoplastic rubber compounds. It also acts as a reinforcing agent. It improves elasticity modulus, modulus at low strain, dimensional stability, flexural strength, hardness, abrasion, compression-, shrinkage-, creep-, tear- and penetration resistance. It enhances the green strength of the uncured compound depending on the dosage. It shows compatibility with NR, EPDM and HNBR. It is suitable in molded and extruded articles, elastomers, hose, V-belts, timing belts, seals, conveyor belting, rollers, roofing membranes. Recommended dosage rate of Rhenogran® P91-40/EPDM is 2-20 phr. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
